- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. The item must be in the original packaging.
3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
4. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items and blemish cannot be refunded.
Exchanges/Refund
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to refund or exchange it for the same item, Please follow the following step:

- Once getting the approval, please send your defective item to No. 58 & 60, Jalan Sri Plentong 8, Taman Perindustrian Sri Plentong, 81750 Masai, Johor (pick up location). Please to be noted that delivery charges for returning is bear by the buyer.
- After your return item received and inspected, we will send you an email/whatsapp to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund case: If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 14 days (depending on your bank) from receiving package.
- Exchanges case: We will ship the new item to your adress within 3-4 working days and the delivery will be bear by us (seller).
